Fresh peaches are really delicious, but they’re even better when you mix them with sugar! This has become one of our favorite summer desserts. It’s also gluten and dairy free, unless you add a scoop of good vanilla ice cream!

Here’s what you need:
- 5 fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup granola
Cut peaches into slices.
Place sliced peaces in a casserole dish.
Melt the coconut oil. Once melted, add sugar, almond flour, and granola and mix.
Pour mixture onto the peaches and place in the oven at 350º for 30 minutes.
Enjoy with a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
