We found this recipe in an Everyday Foods magazine and it has been a go-to winter family meal for the last 10 years. You can make it in 15 minutes and the whole family loves it!
Rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 jar of salsa verde (mild or hot)
1 box of chicken broth
1 can of navy beans
2 tbsp. cumin
In a soup pot set on medium-high heat, add salsa verde. Bring to a boil. Add cumin and stir. Add beans and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 min. Serve with sour cream, avocado, and tortilla chips.
