These are easy to make and delicious!

• 1 stick of butter; melted

• 1 cup sugar

• 1/3 cup flour

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla

Mix everything in a bowl, pour into a pie pan and bake at 350° for 30 min. Use a biscuit cutter or just a drinking glass to cut out the tops and bottoms and fill the middle with your favorite ice cream or gelato!
